Dear Dave, Jill & Matt:

I'm finally getting around to writing about your buildings, and in particular the horse stall barns. I've been meaning to respond for some time now but have not been able to do so until now. As you know, we purchased a 4-stall horse barn and 2-stall w/feed-tack room horse barn from you last year and we have been absolutely thrilled with both of them. i have enclosed a few photos showing the finished product and set up and we truly could not have asked for anything more. As your web site states, "you may not be the cheapest, but you are not the most expensive", and your overall quality and workmanship definitely speak for themselves. We did a lot of research and shopping around before purchasing our two buildings and we found ourselves always coming back to Horizon Structures as the 'best product, both quality and workmanship, for the price'. We were very impressed both with your work site and office staff when we visited last year to finally place our order. We found the facility impeccable, and everyone we spoke to that day couldn't have been more friendly, helpful, and courteous.

As I mentioned to Matt in a phone conversation recently, we hope to purchase additional barns and/or sheds form Horizon in the future, but wanted to be sure to let you know how pleased we are with our horse barns, now over a year since the initial purchase. We could not have asked for anything more and mention your name anytime the subject comes up in conversation.

We received our chicken coop a few days ago! My husband and I want to thank you for building it just as we hoped to. We love it! It is the sweetest thing!

Our neighbors walk by or drive by our house and we can see them just marvel at it. We are very pleased with it. Our rooster likes it too! We are getting some chickens in the spring.

I recently purchased a 4X6 chicken coop and ordered it off the phone. The person that I spoke with several times was very polite and made great suggestions. I was skeptical because my wife and I have not had good luck ordering things off the phone or internet. The chicken coop came on the day that it was promised and the driver actually called my cell to let me know that he had made delivery. Once again a surprise that was a good surprise. When I arrived from out of town and found that the chicken coop was sitting there waiting for me to deliver the new occupants. As I look over the construction of the coop, I was amazed at what I had found. It was Great! I would like to thank all the employee's and hope that your company can keep up this great type of performance. Its this kind of dedication that is going to return american employees and company's to the top. Thank you for your service and product!

Day 1
"(DAVE) My guys doing a good job?

"They are doing very well in spite of the rain we had all day yesterday. We were all soaked, but they never complained. I actually had to convince Mark to borrow something from me so he would stay drier.
They are very courteous and work very hard. They stayed until about 7:00 pm last night.
They arrived this morning at 7:00 AM and are already at work. The barn is looking good and I am very pleased with their work ethic, their manners and them as a whole. A great bunch of guys. Better go, I need to brew them up some java!

(DAVE) Its looking good, I like those colors!

They are shingling at the moment then tomorrow will be touching up the paint and picking up debris and I imagine packing it up to head home. I am amazed at how fast it is coming together and how these guys work. They really know what they are doing and work well as a team.
I fed them yesterday and today, and keep the water, coffee and food coming (Mark and Steve said I am the best customer they ever had LOL). They may come back a bit heavier! My pleasure to do, they are working hard in the rain, drizzle, cooler temperatures; a hot cup of coffee and a hot lunch is the least I can do.

Day 2 - Later in the Morning
"Morning!

The guys are leaving as I type. Manny did take some pictures and I have plenty to send you once I upload them all. My oldest daughter took a bunch yesterday too. She was amazed at how the guys walked all over the roof and never fell. I was amazed at the 12-hour days they put in.
Another rainy day, so there was little they could do as far as paint touch ups, so I can do that another day.
I shall miss the crew not being here. It has been a fun adventure and I became fond of these guys. Now I have my barn and I love it. They did a fabulous job bringing it all together.
Soon, my horses will be home and the girls will be out of school next week for the summer (they LOVE the idea of only going to school until 8th grade but I had to remind them they aren't Amish and I don't home-school them anymore!). But to not have to drive them every day would be a treat....maybe I should home-school them again....

I will send this along and then go sit and stare at my barn!

"We were so impressed by the carpenters' skills and work ethic. They worked from sun up to sun down with only a short break. All of our neighbors were astounded by how quickly the barn went up - it was completed in three days. Everyone on the job was very professional. Our horses are very comfortable in their new stalls and we are very pleased with the results! We get so many compliments about how beautiful the barn is. It is true when they say that someone always answers the phone at the office in Pa. There are no sales pitches or hard sales - just helpful answers and suggestions.

It hasn't rained up here all summer and decides to rain all this week so it was MUDDY so it took some extra time and equipment!!! but we did it!!! The duratemp barn was delivered to the B family in Canterbury yesterday and they were all very pleased. It is taller/larger than anyone thought and it is very impressive. The men who are building the fence from J.C. Fencing said it was the best barn they have ever seen. Also, your driver was so very pleasant and brave! He put the cupola up in thunder, lightning, and a downpour. Plus, there was a tornado taking place just 10 minutes down the road! I do hope he got home safely. "I LOVE MY NEW 2 CAR GARAGE, with overhead doors with glass, steel & glass side door, steel backdoors, 4 oversized windows, shutters and great looking cupola & weathervane on top! After ordering the catalog online, I went to my township to see about permits. I called David Zook at Horizon Structures, who immediately faxed all required paperwork to my township. After my town gave the initial ok, I drove to Horizon Structures on Dec. 29th '06 and place my order with Heide. The process was explanatory, quick & easy. On Jan. 9th '07 our footings were installed by Rock-a-Fellas Contracting. We were referred to them by David Zook. We immediately liked the company & owner/operator Bobby Kyle. He did the work in one day and we felt the price was more then fair! We arranged for footing inspection with our township. I called Horizon Structures the next day and our garage was delivered and completely assembled by Joe on January 17th, by one guy in one day! I called Horizon Structures that evening and left a long & happy message on their answering machine. I felt compelled to write this testimonial because, not only is the garage a work of true craftsmanship, but the service was the best! I thank the Zook family & would be happy to show my garage to anyone and to recommend this company, with the highest regards! Wow, the experience was amazing & we couldn't be happier!!! P.S. "We are extremely pleased with the barn you and Sylvan built for us. It's working out great! Since we talked to you last, we added another horse, so I am really happy we went with the four stalls! It's so easy to maneuver around, and it's wonderful having everything handy on one level. I don't miss putting hay up in the loft up and, and having to climb stairs to drop it down.

The extended overhang with the windows on each side provides extra protection from the weatherincluding the sweltering heat from the summer sun.
